I was trained for this path, but is this my true path?

All along I thought I was helping you.  But, was I?  All my upbringing trained me for this path.  But is this my true path?  I sit again fed up and frustrated because yet again you are nasty to me and hurl abuse.  But is this my true path?  Am I not supposed to help you since you are after all my family?  Yet, I sit and think can I take anymore of this?  Is this really up to me?  I know I was trained for this path.  But is this my true path?  And why would I  want to keep on causing my own suffering?  Does it really make me feel good after many tries? What am I getting out of it you might ask? Well I get to feel I have some purpose in the world I guess and it gives me something to do.  But is this my true path?  Okay but what is really going on, any ideas?  Well I suppose when I am concentrating on your mess I do not have to look at how I cause my own suffering.  Mistakenly I think it is you, for you do cause me a lot of frustrating it seems.  However, is it really you that causes my suffering?  Do I not choose to sit in your mess despite the fact that all my attempts to show you the many door ways out are ignored? Urm? I guess I do.  So what is in all this choosing, what is really going on?  We'll if I stop going into your mess I cannot guarantee you will change but isn't it true that with all my attempts that you are not changing by any of my efforts anyway?  Could it be that all this training actually trained me for the wrong path?

So you ask what is my true path?  What is my real work?  Well the good news is that its all in my own hands because every choice I make to invest in my daily life creates my daily life.  And there are many projects that are ready to accept my energy and use it to expand.  One of  those projects is me.  All I have to do is take my eyes of YOU and place them on to me.  But, is this my true path?  Absolutely!!!!!!!!!!  Invest in what is ready to expand and invest in what is in my hands.  Despite being trained for the wrong path, I can always get on the right path and that path is the one that is ready to expand........................

Intuitive voice/inner voice

What is your inner voice?

When you are ready to connect with your inner voice you need to sit in stillness and silence.  Then silently, in your mind ask a question you would like an answer to or some help you need.  Yet, do not state how you want the help to come to you.  This is like plugging yourself into your energetic self.  We all have an inner voice, which manifests uniquely in each person.  The inner voice is known by many names such as intuition, gut reaction or knowing.  The ways it may manifest may be in one of the following ways or in more than one of these ways.  For example, you may ask for help by sitting quietly and asking for guidance, and the answer maybe revealed to you  in what the next person says to you or in a conversation you overhear.  Another away it may come to you is through a book that you notice, which has the exact answer you wanted inside it.  Additionally, it may come to you in your dreams symbolism.  Likewise, your inner voice may speak to you through your feelings, for instance you notice your energy dips when you imagine taking one action or another.  On the other hand , you may be filled with excitment and drive when you think of a different act.  Your intuition is like a GPS service, so you see YOU ALWAYS had a Satellite Navigation System that you didn't know about!    In the end, it is about getting to know yourself and how your own intuition works.

Is this linked to religion?

No it isn't regarding religion and you do not need to be religious.  No the existence of the inner voice it a fact! Quantum Physics has proved it. In fact, its the juice that fed Einstein and Mozart and directed their paths.  As I say above, we need to energetically plug into our inner voice, which is part of our energy body that is inside and outside of our body.  We all have an energy body as well as a physical body that outlasts our physical body.  This has been known by reflexologists, reiki healers, massage therapists, herbalists for a long time.  Infact you may have already discovered your own energy body accidentially because you have felt the vibe when you have entered a room.  You may have heard the common saying "you could cut the atmosphere with a knife", which is describing the interaction between your energy body and the energy in the room.

What might happen if I begin to follow it?

When you decide to commit to following what your inner voice is saying to you, you may find many changes happen in your life.  One big change is that you may no longer act in your normal way, yet this is nothing to be afraid of as you will soon get used to it.  But you may feel a little scared at this prospect or a lot scared, it is okay to feel like this.  You may stop doing what others expect of you and begin doing what feels right for you.  This could cause others to respond angrily, with shock or even laugh at you and say have you lost it.  But, the rewards of following your inner voice are immense as they help you to progress on your life path and truly begin to love yourself and take care of your own wellbeing, above all else!

How can I cope with these changes?

You can cope with the changes by taking some time out for yourself when you need to.  You will know when you need to remove yourself from an environment because you may begin to notice yourself feeling tired or irritatable.  Similarly, you may go for a walk in the local park or do something else that allows you to have space for yourself.  Likewise, you may choose to eat foods that your body loves because they make it feel good.  Please note when I say foods that make you feel good, I don't mean choose any particular foods, although fruit and vegetables seem to work for me rather than sugars and caffeines.  It is about getting to know what supports your body so that your body can support you by being at its optimium level.  You may find as your body adjusts to these new changes that you sleep more or on the other hand, less.  In addition, you may experience some physical symptoms, which may signal that your body is releasing old energy that is no longer serving your system.   But, this will settle down.  However, please do not stop any medication without your doctors advice! Finally you can seek support from likeminded people by joining together with others who are undertaking a similar journey. You can find such people on facebook groups and other spiritual websites.

Who are my Zappers or Uplifters?

Another way to assist your inner voice is to identify the zappers or uplifters in your life.  Then minimise the zappers and increase the uplifters.  What are uplifters?  These are the things and people who leave you feeling energised.  I am not talking about escapism or feeling falsely enlivened from using alcohol or drugs. But deep inside you feel clear and confident that you can accomplish anything you set out to do, even if it seems difficult.  Other things that are uplifters are music, quiet time on your own, painting, getting engrossed in reading, eating slowly and connecting with your food.  Additonally, taking cold showers can assist you in feeling uplifted.  The cold shower is usually taken for 10 seconds. You basically direct the shower spray over the central area  of your body front and back, include  the top of your head, you can wear a shower cap (Mike Robinson 2010). Later you can take a hot shower to warm you back up.  Cold showers enable your system to clear out old energies because cold water detracts and pulls it away from the body.  Whereas hot want expands energies further into your cells.  This clearing can helps you to hear your inner voice. The point is to do your own detective work and find out about how these things affect you uniquely!

There is one last Zapper that although you can't get rid of it completely it can be managed.  This zapper is your mind.  Your mind wants to keep you safe and tells you stories about what is happening. Likewise it tells you not to try new things.  It works hard to help you avoid what it perceives as a chance of failure and thus pain.  However, it does not understand the truth, which is that in order to grow and learn we have to take the risk and have a go at new things.  Therefore, we need to say gently, thank you mind, but my inner voice knows the way.  This takes trust in yourself but I can promise you that although your inner voice does not tell you all the steps at once, it does know where it is going based on what is best for you.  Your mind does not understand this and wants guarantees about what might happen.  You may have to face yourself and make changes to minimise somethings in your life so you can hear your inner voice.  Clearly, this might seem upsetting, yet in the long term it does help you and everyone in your life to grow into the best person they can be.  If you observe yourself as I say above, and additionally follow your inner voice you will begin to see the truth in this.

So what have you got to lose by commencing this conscious journey? only fear itself!  This is a journey and not a destination and continually you will need to follow your inner voice, but the rewards are amazing.  Are you ready to undertake this journey? It is your individual choice! On the other hand,  are you going to continue feeling that you are living a half lived life? This is in your hands now.
